Who handles enquiries
Enquiries are handled by the Dormant Palaces team. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use the contact below.
Information and purposes
The contact links open your email application. We receive the name, address and information you choose to include in your message about residences, partnerships or cultural matters. There is no on-site contact form collecting those details.
Basis and retention
We use information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps you request before a possible agreement. Where applicable, we rely on those requested steps or our legitimate interest in managing business correspondence; consent is sought where required. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping duties.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics. Your email provider and the receiving email provider handle the message you send. The current residence, partnership and cultural enquiry links reach the Dormant Palaces team; different subjects help route the messages.
Cookies and technical requests
The site code does not set cookies or use advertising pixels. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Following an external link subjects that visit to the other website’s own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use, and withdrawal of any consent you have given. Other rights, including portability and objection, depend on the applicable data protection rules. Contact us to exercise them. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority; where UK data protection law applies, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
