Grand individual villas, each with a protected garden and its own arrival.

Premium offices and family headquarters, in a work quarter with its own access.

A library, workshops and a cultural programme, chosen by each resident.

Grounds and landscapes for an active life, defined with each place. The horse, in every Safira.

Restaurants, terraces and a residents’ club connected to the promenade.
For the way we live, work and come together today.
Courtyards, shade, water and craft come from the past. How homes, work and shared life relate — and the freedom to choose — belong to the present.

Each villa is conceived individually: its plot, orientation, courtyard and arrival belong to that house alone, with a garden of its own and views onto its own landscape.
Water, a tree and a lattice hold the light; the street stays far away.
Doors, lattices, fountains and glazed walls are commissioned for each house and signed by their makers.

Privacy and security are founding requirements of the plan, set before the first villa is drawn.
Distance between residences. Views onto each home’s own landscape. Calm through gardens, water and walls. Discreet service, present when wanted.
Protection conceived with the master plan: controlled access, separate routes for residents, guests and services, and an operation designed from the outset, defined with each country and site.

A morning in the courtyard, with the sound of the water and a book.
An evening in the library, with a historian, an artisan or a neighbour.
A table under the gallery when company is wanted; gardens shared by the residents.
A ride through the olive groves before the light goes.
A private equestrian centre, with stables, arenas and trails woven into the landscape. The horse is the constant.
For centuries, from Córdoba, a civilisation made living into an art. One of its decisions still shapes ours.

First the water, then the palace.
In the tenth century, Córdoba was the capital of Al-Andalus and one of the great cities of its time. Before Madinat al-Zahra rose to its west, Abd al-Rahman III brought water there from the Sierra Morena, restoring a Roman aqueduct.
The landscape and its water are designed before the buildings: shade, sound and coolness as the architecture of wellbeing. Read the research note →
For centuries, Al-Andalus was the house where ideas were guests. They arrived from Baghdad, from Byzantium, from a synagogue or a monastery. Here they found a table, conversation and someone to help them grow. And when they set out again, they travelled further.
That hospitality is why Safira exists. It also leads its founders to promote an institution devoted to how knowledge travels between cultures — independent of everything we build.
In Córdoba’s great mosque, double arches of stone and brick repeat in every direction. Light, rather than walls, gives the space its order.
